The Active for Life Project has been running since 2005, supporting people living within specific communities in Brighton & Hove to live active lifestyles. The project caters for all ages, and provides advice and guidance to people looking to take part in low cost sport and physical activity in their local community.

Right Here is a local project offering a variety of free resilience-building activities to young people aged 16 - 25. The aim is to provide young people the opportunity to develop confidence and skills. Activities include rock climbing, chill out sessions, music production, anger management and stand up comedy.
