Lifelines is a volunteer-led project, which aims to improve the health and wellbeing of isolated and vulnerable older people by helping them access a range of activities and events.
Anyone over the age of 50 can volunteer, an interest in helping older people is essential. Volunteers lead activities like Reminiscence Class, Knitting Club, Art Class, Reading Group or can become Activity Partners to help someone else staying active in the community.
